The City of Seminole Public Works Operations Building in Seminole, Florida has been awarded LEED Platinum Certification by the U. S. Green Building Council (USBGC) based in Washington D.C. It is the first platinum certified government project in the State of Florida. MBA designed the building to a CAT 5 hurricane (156 mph 1-minute sustained wind, 190 mph 3-second gust) event with redundant emergency systems. |
