LEED Platinum Certification, City of Seminole Operations Building, Seminole, Florida
City of Seminole Operations Building City of Seminole Operations Building   The City of Seminole Public Works Operations Building in Seminole, Florida has been awarded LEED Platinum Certification by the U. S. Green Building Council (USBGC) based in Washington D.C. It is the first platinum certified government project in the State of Florida. MBA designed the building to a CAT 5 hurricane (156 mph 1-minute sustained wind, 190 mph 3-second gust) event with redundant emergency systems.

DACCO DACCO   Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council has Awarded MBA with their 19th Annual Future of the Region Award for DACCO, Drug Abuse Comprehensive Coordinating Office Headquarters in Tampa, Florida. This award recognizes projects that exemplify regionalism, and recognizes outstanding achievement and contribution which benefit the regional community.
