MBA designed a 12,492 square foot addition to an existing cardiologist doctor's office. The addition housed a 7,640 square foot cath lab and a 4,852 square foot OB/GYN office. The cath lab houses seven (7) holding rooms and one (1) cath lab with space for a future CTA. The OB/GYN has SEVEN (7) exam rooms with office space and other support areas.
