Saint Sebastiaan

Belguim Microbrewery & Restaurant

Spring Hill, Florida

St. Sebastiaan Belgian Microbrewery and Restaurant was a new 10,000 square-foot free standing prototype restaurant and microbrewery. The developers were part of an old Belgium-based brewery in operation since 1731 and this was there first offering in the United States. The dining/bar areas included seating for 330 occupants. The brewery was open for tours and was very visible throughout the restaurant. The brewery included hot and cold brewery rooms and the chiller and malt room was located in the basement to maintain gravity feed for the beer. The brewery equipment was all manufactured in Belgium and was imported and installed to meet local codes.
